For the past several years researchers have been continuously studying other research. Lead investigator of the study told sources that “millions of research studies are conducted each year; however, nobody has ever studied this research.” The investigator stated that their goal is to better understand and test whether this research can actually be considered research. Should they find research that isn’t actually research, they plan on creating a new domain of research, called “not research.” Sources are hopeful that their study will help us to better refine and expand upon our current definition of research. It has also been predicted that their findings will rank highly in the Journal of Research.
